We deliver LUMORA™ products to addresses supported by our available delivery services.
Delivery time depends on:
- Destination
- Courier service
- Public holidays
- Weather
- Peak shopping periods
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s service conditions.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the parcel and product before opening or as soon as possible and contact us.
SHIPPING & RATES
If your item is in stock, it will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 days of payment (unless stated in the listing).
Estimated delivery times for your parcel to arrive:
- West Malaysia: 3-5 working days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 working days
- Singapore: 5-7 working days
